Scott gave me an estimate upon inspection. He discussed several options with me -- shingles, rolled roofing, membrane -- and let me select what I wanted. He didn't require a deposit and waited until the job was done to be paid. He wrote a contingency into the bid, and stuck to that price. Although I was required to provide some materails, he bought and paid for materials when the ones that I provided ran out. The job looks great and appears to be very professional.
